Our booking conditions are as follows:-Booking Conditions for Crossing Farm Touring Caravan & Campsite, Boddington Road, Byfield Northamptonshire NN11 6UP.

To secure your booking with us we require full payment.

In these Booking Conditions “we”, “us”, “our” & “the touring caravan & campsite” means Crossing Farm. We, as owners of Crossing Farm will arrange the booking directly with you. When you book at Crossing Farm Touring Caravan & Campsite through us you enter into a contract with us as owners of the property. Nothing in these Booking Conditions affects your normal statutory rights.

1. Your booking enquiry is always subject to availability.
2. The party leader must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking.
3. The party leader must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these Booking Conditions by all other members of the holiday party.
4. By making the booking, the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised & that all other party members agree that the booking is subject to these Booking Conditions.
5. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to Crossing Farm Touring Caravan & Campsite.
6. Your booking is made as a consumer & you agree that no liability can be accepted by the Owner for any expenses, costs, losses, claims or other sums of any description which relate to any business, howsoever suffered or incurred by you.
7. When we as owners of Crossing Farm Touring Caravan & Campsite issue a written confirmation (see below) to you, this signifies that we as Owners have entered into a contract with you, which is subject to these Conditions.
8. As Owners we maintain the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of your written confirmation.
9. When you receive your confirmation, the details must be checked carefully by you & if anything is not correct, you should tell us immediately.
10. Please note we will provide you with your written confirmation by email.
11. If you book by telephone we will send your confirmation to you by email.
12. All references to “your written confirmation” therefore means confirmations provided by post, or by email as applicable. It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly & to advise of any change to your email address.


General Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Strictly No Open Fires.
2. Camping electical appliances only not household appliances.
3. No electric fan heaters.
4. No hosepipes or washing of vehicles/Caravans or Motorhomes.
5. BBQs must be elevated off the ground.
6. Check in after 12noon & departure before 11am.
7. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after dusk.
8. Amplified Music is prohibited after the hours of darkness.
9. You must be respectful to other campers, the site, its staff & the environment at all times.
10. You are responsible for keeping your rubbish bagged throughout your stay & you must dispose of it in the refuse bin.
11. Cigarette ends to be picked up & disposed of.
12. The minimum age to camp is 21 unless part of a family unit.
13. All dogs must be kept on leads and dog foul must be cleared immediately.
14. Children must be supervised at all times.
15. Only grass friendly groundsheets are permitted.
16. Do not flush wet wipes, babies nappies or sanitary items down our drainage system.
17. No hard ball games on the site.
18. By booking a pitch at Crossing Farm either by telephone, in person or online you are accepting that you have read and understand the site rules, terms & conditions.
19. Crossing Farm reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the site.
20. Crossing Farm reserve the right to terminate a campers stay without refund & request that they leave the site if it is felt that they are breaking the rules of the site or acting in an aggressive, disruptive or rude manner.
21. It is your responsibility to ensure our camp site is suitable for your needs prior to booking.
23. Crossing Farm, its staff & owners accept no liability for loss or damage to persons or property however incurred. You use the campsite at your own risk & in purchasing a pitch you acknowledge & agree to this.
23. Families & couples only, no groups of young people will be admitted.
24. A strict 10mph speed limit applies on the site at all times.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

You are reminded to check the rules, policies & suitability of our site before you book.
Once you have booked and paid for your pitch, you must provide us with 48 hours notice in order to cancel your booking. In the event of a cancellation you will be issued with a camping voucher to use the campsite on another date within 3 months.
Please note: Monetary refunds are not provided.
